Wetter3 the German site offers an amazing 'Global Forecasting System' chart viewer to those wanting a thoroughly comprehensive forecasting tool. Essential to anyone wanting to learn to forecast the weather.
Weather Online Expert
A real up and coming powerful tool for the forecaster/enthusiast. Covers a multitude of forecasting models.
Meteogroup NCEP
An up and coming recently established platform that covers a vast array of data for countries across Europe. A powerful tool that cries out to be bookmarked.
Wetter3 Vertical
This is for the slightly more advanced and technically minded. Instead of simulating GFS output for horizontal grid, it takes it to a new level and simulates the vertical plain. Essential for forecasting Mesoscale.
Lightning Wizard
An essential tool for the forecasting of mesoscale and convection. Covers a considerable extension of the synoptic scale variables that are covered in other viewers.
Estofex WX
A little more difficult to navigate, but essentially covers similar mesoscale variables to Lightning Wizard. Quite handy as a complimentary tool.

XC Weather
This is undoubtedly a popular tool to use for real time observational data. It covers most of Western Europe and gives information on current temperature, dew point, weather conditions and simulates a forecast.
Sat24
Observing the weather locally is easy, just look out the window. Sometimes we need to look nationally or even further afield. This cloud radar is very handy.
Met Office
The Met-Office real-time observational data is a very good source of the here and now.
MO Rain Radar
Rain, snow, hail or sleet? Well the Met-Office radar will show you. It has to be the most widely used amongst our members.
Rain Today
Based on the Meteogroup precipitation radar this is a more flexible and versatile tool. Very handy for zooming into your location.
Meteox Radar
A wiser European scope precipitation radar, quite a nice complementary tool.
Meteo Group Radar
Similar to Rain Today, but the official source.
Strikestar Lightning Detector
A very good Lightning Detector for most of Europe.
Blitzortung Lightning Detector
Probably the most widely used lightning detector for the United Kingdom.
Isle of Wight Lightning Detector
Isle of Wight have there own Boltek system. Not a bad tool to compare to the others.
